About Me
Industry Experience
His career began as an accountant in the energy industry where he did a variety of accounting and finance roles. It was in a role supporting refinery operations when the fire for leading teams and organizations was sparked. He fueled that passion by going to business school at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Coming out of business school, he joined General Mills where he ran brands like Yoplait, Betty Crocker, and LARABAR. Here he learned to lead broad cross-functional teams and develop direct reports. As those experiences further fanned the flame for leadership, he began a deeper personal exploration of what was at the heart of his journey. It was here that his personal purpose started to take shape. He began to explore coaching as an avenue for bringing that purpose to life.
